Background: PhD in Environmental Engineering from Tsinghua University, a nationally registered environmental engineer, with 20 years of experience in developing water treatment technologies. Previously served as the deputy director of a national-level key laboratory.

Professional Achievements:

Hosted the design of process plans for more than 30 large-scale municipal wastewater treatment plants across China, with a combined treatment capacity exceeding 500,000 tons per day.

Developed "High-Efficiency, Low-Consumption Biological Nitrogen Removal Technology," which reduced energy consumption by 25% and earned the National Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress.

Led the development of industry standards such as the "Technical Specification for Rural Decentralized Wastewater Treatment," and published 28 papers in core journals.
