Background: Master of Environmental Science and Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, with 18 years of deep expertise in solid waste management. A member of the national special research team for hazardous waste under China’s 13th Five-Year Plan.

Professional Achievements:

Designing China's first "Sludge Pyrolysis Gasification Combined with Activated Carbon Production" system, achieving more than 90% reduction in hazardous waste volume and an 85% carbon conversion rate.

Led the successful completion of the construction of 8 provincial-level hazardous waste disposal centers, with an annual processing capacity exceeding 500,000 tons.

Received 3 provincial- and ministerial-level science and technology awards, and participated in the development of national standards such as the "Technical Guidelines for Industrial Sludge Resource Utilization."
