Professional Achievements:

Developed the "Complex Microbial Community-Directed Fermentation Technology," which reduces the composting cycle of sludge and livestock & poultry manure from 45 days to just 18 days, while increasing the organic matter conversion rate by 40%.

Developed 12 sets of "functional organic fertilizer formulations" for use in saline-alkali land improvement and ecological restoration, with a total promoted area exceeding 100,000 mu.

Published 36 SCI papers, and the technological achievements have been included in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs' Recommended List.
