Anhui Quanjiao County Sludge Harmlessness Disposal Center

　　The Quanjiao County Sludge Harmless Treatment Center is located within the premises of Qingyuan Water Services Co., Ltd. in Quanjiao County, Chuzhou City, Anhui Province. It employs an ultra-high-temperature aerobic fermentation process: fresh sludge, conditioning agents, and specialized ultra-high-temperature bacteria are thoroughly mixed together in a mixing bin, then conveyed via an axle-less screw conveyor and conveyor belts directly into the ultra-high-temperature aerobic fermentation chamber for controlled ventilation and fermentation. After fermentation is complete, the final product achieves a moisture content as low as 40% or less, exhibiting excellent maturity and producing loose, granular material—perfectly suited for landscaping and land reclamation applications.
